Our Work in GHANA

Ghana is one of the five African nations along the northern coastline of the Gulf of Guinea. It is bordered on the west by Cote d’Ivoire, on the north by Burkina Faso, and on the east by Togo. There are over 50 different ethnic groups in Ghana, each with their own customs and languages, but the country is primarily harmonious and peaceful.

How We’re Intervening For Orphans In Ghana

AGCI began working to intervene for orphans and families in Ghana in 2023. AGCI is working to identify the needs in Ghana and then work to meet them with our partners on the ground.

We are so excited to share that our Ghana Adoption Program officially opened on February 18, 2023! We are accepting a limited number of families in 2023 for our pilot program.

Finding Families For Orphans

In 2023, we began working to unite orphans in Ghana with loving forever families through our adoption programs. Limited openings are available in 2023 for our pilot program.

We’re so excited to work with PlusOne Charities, our partner organization in Ghana, to find forever families for children.
