ADOPTION PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Transform Children’s Lives and Impact Families
The Adoption Program Director oversees the adoption programs in multiple countries. The Adoption Program Director is responsible to place children with loving families. This position supports families during all aspects of their adoption journey from the time they onboard until after they are home with their child. Facilitates and maintains positive relationships with our international team. Additionally, the position oversees the budget of the programs and ensures growth within the strategic plan of the organization. ADOPTION PROGRAM COORDINATOR 

The Adoption Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting families and AGCI staff with paperwork at all phases of adoption, including but not limited to home study, dossier, placement, travel and post adoption. This position provides administrative support to the Adoption Team, requiring a detail oriented person who enjoys working with families. REGIONAL INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR

The Regional Program Director is responsible for assisting the VP of International Programs in oversight, execution and management of the mission and vision of AGCI’s global orphan intervention programs. This position is responsible for ensuring AGCI initiatives overseas are in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision and core values; includes interaction and management of international contractors, government agencies, staff, officials, religious organizations and other public and private groups on behalf of AGCI, under the direction of the Vice President of International Programs. SOUTHEAST REGIONAL SOCIAL WORK DIRECTOR

The Southeast Regional Director is responsible for overseeing and managing a state offices within region. This position supervises social workers in the state office. The Southeast Regional Director is also responsible for supporting families in AGCI adoption programs, by providing education and ongoing support, reviewing and approving home study and post adoption reports, and monitoring and ensuring compliance of families and social workers to all aspects of AGCI standards. MIDWEST REGIONAL SOCIAL WORK DIRECTOR

The Midwest Regional Director is responsible for overseeing and managing state offices within region. SOCIAL WORKER – Part Time Oregon & SW Washington

The Social Worker is responsible for completing social service assessments and reports including but not limited to home studies, post placement and post adoption reports. This position is responsible for educating and supporting families about adoption.
