Baby Jude is Waiting!

“Let your gentleness be evident to all.” Philippians 4:5

Sweet 2-year-old Jude is waiting for his forever family! Gentle and quiet, Jude loves playing with blocks and bright toys that make noise! Jude was abandoned when he was only 2 months old and has spent the majority of his life in an orphanage.

Baby Jude shows strong head control and is extremely mobile and strong! He can now lift himself with his arms and legs to crawl. You can often find Jude lying on his belly and lifting his little head with his strong neck! If he is not on his belly, this precious boy is happily on his back and grabbing his feet to play. He is such a joyful little boy—he often happily claps his hands together! See happy baby Jude in action! PW: 2Givehope

Jude is now babbling and loves learning! He is able to coordinate putting blocks into cups and is able to pick up small items with his fingers and thumb. Jude has Down syndrome and congenital heart disease and gets along great with his caregivers and peers! Jude is a big helper with his caretakers when he gets dressed every day and is able to listen to their instructions and imitate their actions. He can even imitate words!

Jude understands “no” and is able to use words to express his needs. Jude can be shy, but he enjoys when his
caregivers encourage him to learn children’s songs, listen to music and play with toys with his friends. Jude is a gentle soul and is so sweet! We hope Jude and his “gentleness [will soon] be evident to all.” We know he will be a blessing to any family!
