Bulgaria has the highest rate of institutionalized children in Europe. Over 50% of Bulgaria’s orphans are of Roma descent—a group that has been tragically discriminated against throughout Europe.

The child welfare system in Bulgaria is understaffed, overcrowded, and underfunded.

But we are believing God for more—because no child should be alone.
