Marisol is creative, funny, and full of life. She finds deep value in preserving culture and beauty through artistic expression. Before entering the Dream Home, Marisol had spent the last 7 years of her life in the government system, eventually transitioning into adulthood without the presence of a steady, loving family to guide her journey. Even so, she remained focused on her studies and passion for art and theater. She enrolled in University and persevered without a personal, age-appropriate space to study. She says that one of her University professors and God have given her strength and motivation to keep seeking to achieve her goals and dreams when she feels unmotivated or discouraged.
Now that she is living in the Dream Home, Marisol’s hopes of earning her Art degree, learning to cook and support herself, and becoming a Director have been set in motion! By sponsoring her, you can ensure that Marisol continues to receive the guidance, love, and direction she needs to continue pursuing her dreams and transition into a thriving, independent adult.
