CCCWA in Portland

From Tiffany Williams, Director of AGCI’s China program:

I am happy to say that last month we were able to host a CCCWA delegation here in Portland, Oregon. We were visited by the Deputy Director General of the CCCWA and many of his staff, as well as representatives from some provincial civil affairs offices and one orphanage director. We were able to take them sightseeing in Portland, as well as host a round table China family reception and a training on AGCI’s adoption procedures. You can view photos from the night of the family dinner HERE or learn more about our current work in China and ways to give that were announced at the dinner as well. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event special by attending, submitting pictures and praying for things to go well. I was thrilled to have a family fly in from Michigan to the dinner, who I traveled to China with for the very first time, and to see their daughter Madeline whom they adopted on that trip. She was just a baby when they adopted her and she is now five years old! It was so good to see her, and we were able to take a picture together. I am so excited about the doors that God is opening in China to further help orphans come home and be well cared for!
