Izzy (13) and Henry (8)are sweet, loving siblings and want nothing more than to grow up together in a forever family! Sadly, Izzy and Henry suffered years of abuse prior to coming into care in Colombia two years ago.
In spite of all that they have been through, Izzy and Henry share a deep bond and desperately want to know the unconditional love of a forever family.
Big sister Izzy is a shy, hardworking girl! Izzy is in 6th grade and is committed to doing well in school! She is very disciplined and works hard in all that she does. Outside of school, Izzy enjoys playing soccer, listening to music, and talking with her friends. This sweet girl shared that her biggest wish is to be adopted by a family that loves and accepts her and her brother. Izzy is healthy, and is working through some of the trauma she has suffered in therapy and is making great progress!
Little brother Henry is a tender, sweet boy! He and his sister share a deep bond and are frightened that they could be separated if they are not adopted together soon. Henry is a very loving kid, he has developed wonderful attachments to his caregivers and his friends! Henry loves soccer, drawing, and studying—even though school is sometimes a struggle for him. Henry has been diagnosed with a communication disorder and struggles with speech, reading, and reading comprehension. We are so excited by all of the incredible progress he has made in therapy!
Henry and Izzy have both shared that their deepest wish is to be accepted and loved by a family. Could you be that family?
