Over the last 25 years we have helped unite almost 3,000 forever families! Please pray that sweet Oliver is home with his family soon!
Precious Oliver is waiting for his forever family! 5-year-old Oliver is an active boy with a sweet smile. Oliver is an extrovert and loves being around people–he plays well with his peers and has many friends.
Oliver loves to play ball and watch cartoons—his favorites are about cars! This sweet boy is described by his caregivers as clever and extremely adaptable to his environment. Oliver has a sweet smile and shows great respect for his caregivers. He greets his caregivers happily with a “hello” every morning and refers to his caregivers or special teachers as “mum,” “aunt,” or “teacher.”
Oliver was abandoned when he was 4 years old and has made great progress since his arrival at the home! He is now able to speak full sentences and is described by his caregivers as talkative and engaging. Oliver was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and since arriving in care his limb movement has increased! The disability of Oliver’s right limbs has not slowed him down—he is able to run quickly and jump high! He can also walk alone without assistance and he can even balance on one foot and go up and down stairs freely!
Oliver is currently in special education classes where he can study and learn Chinese, math, music and art! Oliver is able to dress himself and even knows many Chinese songs like Little Duck. Oliver is great at imitating drawing circles and we are very encouraged by his successful development!

Like all children, Oliver is “God’s masterpiece.” We can’t wait to see what’s possible for Oliver! We know he will thrive with a family’s love!
Oliver is available for immediate placement. Families do not need to have a dossier completed to accept him. Approved families may also apply for the Special Treasures grant which will cover up to $5,000 in agency fees!
