Director of Family Services

The Director of Family Services ensures that all families receive a premium level of service throughout their adoption process.  This position ensures that staff follow streamlined processes and procedures for families in all phases of adoption. This position requires an MSW degree to oversee the referral and placement process of children. The Director of Family Services reviews and approves home study and post adoption reports.

Bookkeeper

The bookkeeper assists the Administrative Services department in finance, human resources, and general office functions. Essential functions include: Issue invoices to clients; Record cash receipts and make bank deposits; Maintain an orderly accounting filing system; Assistant Human Resource functions including recruitment postings, scheduling, filing, benefit tracking; Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary; Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management; Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested. Director of Regional Offices (part-time)

The Director of Regional Offices is responsible for overseeing and managing AGCI’s state offices. This position also supervises social workers, and is responsible for developing and licensing offices in additional states. The Director of Regional Offices holds an MSW degree, and is responsible for all aspects of AGCI’s social services, including reviewing and approving home study and post adoption reports, and monitoring and ensuring compliance of families and social workers to all aspects of AGCI standards.

Social Worker – Indiana (part-time)

The Social Worker is responsible for completing social service assessments and reports including but not limited to home studies, post placement and post adoption reports.  The Social Worker is responsible for educating and supporting families about adoption. This part time position is as-needed.
