Adopt a Child from Philippines
All God’s Children International is passionate about finding loving adoptive families for waiting children in the Philippines through our international adoption program. As a dedicated international Christian adoption agency, we’ll be with you every step of the way on your journey to adopt a child.
In July 2012, AGCI was approved and licensed to process adoptions in the Philippines. In this pilot program, we are working to find permanent and loving homes for older orphans and orphans with special needs in the Philippines. Throughout the pilot period, we are striving to better understand the process and time frames.
In 2015, we were also received approval to facilitate non-special needs adoptions from the Phillippines.

Adoption Process for the Philippines
Complete home study and then submit dossier: approximately 6 months.
Your dossier will be reviewed, translated, and approved by AGCI. Your dossier will remain at AGCI until you have been pre-approved for a child.
Wait for a referral: approximately 9-12 months.
When you have identified a child who meets your approved parameters, AGCI will request additional information on that child from the Central Authority, the Inter Country Adoption Board (ICAB). Once the information on the child is received, you will have two weeks to make an informed decision about accepting the referral: approximately 4 weeks to 3 months.
Wait for final adoption approval from ICAB board: approximately 6-9 months.
Travel to meet your child: approximately 5-7 days.
Welcome home! Once your child is home, AGCI and the Philippines require post-adoption visits and reports (at the 2, 4, 6 and 12 month anniversaries of your adopted child’s homecoming). The adoption will not be final until the 6 month post adoption report is received and approved by the ICAB.
